How this site works
Philadelphia Window Repair Guide is an information and referral site, not a licensed contractor. Read what that means. Updated October 28, 2026.
We are not the installer
Philadelphia Window Repair Guide does not install, repair or replace anything and does not hold itself out as a licensed contractor. It has no storefront or crew. It publishes guides and passes homeowner requests to a local window and door installer.
What you can expect
After you send a request, an installer may call or email you to talk about the project and offer an estimate. There is no charge to send a request and no obligation to hire anyone who contacts you.
General information only
Local facts and building-code notes on these pages are summaries for orientation. Rules change and differ by property. Confirm permit and historic review questions with the city, borough or township before work starts. Nothing here is legal, engineering or architectural advice.
No reviews or ratings here
This site does not publish customer reviews, star ratings or years-in-business claims about any installer. Check an installer's references and registration yourself.
